Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the financial system.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
- Assist the Finance & Tax department in preparing tax reports (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
