Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements accurately and timely
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account balance verifications monthly
- Support annual audits by preparing documentation and schedules
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor departmental spending
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
