Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales encoding and ensure 100% data accuracy in all financial records.
- Process and update accounts receivable (AR) records efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date invoice filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems).
