Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate recording of journal entries and financial ledgers.
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely settlements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records against internal reports.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory compliance documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to track departmental budgets and expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of Philippine accounting standards and basic taxation.
