Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing data from the general ledger system
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation
- Analyze financial trends and prepare variance reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance against targets
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
