Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and manage general ledger entries accurately.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support the finance team in preparing tax reports and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
