Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize comprehensive accounting records and digital files to ensure audit readiness.
- Perform timely reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve any payment discrepancies or billing issues.
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare accurate reports for management review.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with tax filings, permit renewals, and other government-mandated financial requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative finance roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a significant advantage.
