TradeX Network Inc is seeking a dedicated and organized Accounting Staff to join our growing Finance Department in Pasay City. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in financial documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
As our Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and ensuring that our day-to-day operations align with company standards. You will work closely with the finance team to support audit preparation and deliver timely financial data that aids management decision-making. We are looking for someone who is methodical, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and ledger entries accurately.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation of all financial records to ensure audit readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external financial audits.
- Monitor and update company asset registers and expense tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
