Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with subsidiary ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial analysis
- Implement and maintain accounting control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP/SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
