Petroplas Trading Incorporated is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, executing daily transactional workflows, and reconciling financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Execute daily transactional workflows and perform comprehensive bank reconciliations to verify financial records.
- Compile and prepare compliance reports required by regulatory bodies and internal standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy, authorization, and coding.
- Reconcile various accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (GAAP) and basic tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Must be willing to work on-site in San Pedro City, Laguna.
