Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record and process all financial transactions in a timely manner
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis activities
- Perform regular audits of financial records to maintain data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
