Tanggung Jawab
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including cash receipts, disbursements, and petty cash.
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and financial databases.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and perform follow-ups on outstanding collections.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and provide administrative support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero).
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and taxation laws.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
