PT Marcopolo Shipyard is currently seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Batam. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support management decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, journal posting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings, VAT, and corporate tax returns.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances to provide insights for cost control.
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy in data processing.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) is highly preferred.
