Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
- Assist with tax compliance, including calculating and filing VAT, income tax, and other required taxes
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and other financial documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as needed
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Stay updated on Indonesian accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a PMA (Foreign Investment Company) is advantageous
