Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and vouchers to ensure a seamless audit trail.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including reconciliation of accounts and monitoring of expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and settlement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify sales data and inventory costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal company accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising eye for detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
