Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accurate recording of revenue and operational expenses.
- Manage monthly tax reporting processes efficiently, specifically utilizing the Coretax system.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed and stored according to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain effective communication and close collaboration with our team of external tax consultants.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers for accuracy.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; experience with the Coretax system is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
