Join the Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. as an Accounting Staff and contribute to the financial stability of our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our accounting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and accuracy of assigned branches' financial reports, ensuring that all financial data is meticulously documented and presented. You will work closely with the accounting officer to facilitate smooth financial processes, from daily bookkeeping to month-end closures.
As part of our finance team, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Your expertise will help us maintain transparency and accountability in our financial reporting, ultimately supporting the foundation's mission. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring accountant to gain hands-on experience in a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women. You will also assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure that all financial documentation is organized and accessible for external auditors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and compile accurate financial reports for assigned branches on a timely basis.
- Assist the Accounting Officer in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in bank statements.
- Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and subsidiary ledgers.
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure timely settlements.
- Monitor budget utilization and report financial variances to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit or corporate setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
