Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger system accurately.
  • Support payroll processing and tax filings as required.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Organize and file financial documents and records for audit purposes.
  • Perform general clerical accounting tasks and assist in special projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
