In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and maintaining accurate transaction records. You will assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency. This is a full-time position where your analytical skills will be utilized to help drive the financial health of the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
- Monitor and record daily cash flow and receipts.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Philippine Tax laws and BIR regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
