Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor invoices with precision and timeliness
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic planning
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize cash flow
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, regulatory filings, and internal control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA board eligibility preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate accounting or pharmaceutical industry finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex financial data
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across departments
