Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reconciliation of company assets and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and internal financial controls.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlement and collection.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
