Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, reconciliation, and transaction processing
- Prepare and submit tax reports (PPh/PPN) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and financial statement preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with PSAK standards
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of PSAAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards)
- Proficiency in tax reporting (PPh/PPN) and compliance procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
