Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Conduct bank reconciliations and financial analysis
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance reporting
- Utilize accounting software for data management and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication in both English and Indonesian
