Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify shipping invoices and cargo documentation.
- Support the annual audit process and assist in internal financial process improvements.
- Maintain systematic filing of all financial and tax-related documents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Law (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling financial data.
