As an Accounting Staff at PT Das Cargo, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing daily transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline our accounting processes. Join us and contribute to the continued success of our logistical operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to verify shipping invoices and cargo documentation.
  • Support the annual audit process and assist in internal financial process improvements.
  • Maintain systematic filing of all financial and tax-related documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Law (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling financial data.
