Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to ensure timely vendor payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the reconciliation of bank statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital financial records.
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with budget allocations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
