Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate billing statements to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify outstanding balances.
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone and email.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients to resolve billing queries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or billing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
