In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring accuracy in our books, and supporting the management team with insightful financial data.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure all statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are accurate and timely.
- Monitor and record fixed assets and maintain the general ledger.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Quezon City daily.
