Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards (Philippine GAAP)
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements in a timely manner
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA candidates preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
