Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
