As an Accounting Staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company. You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that all financial records comply with current regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a timely basis.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN) according to Indonesian regulations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
