Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and validate all company purchases and payment transactions
- Ensure account balances accurately reflect operational activities
- Perform regular account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Assist in month-end closing processes and audits
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with departments to ensure financial compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
