Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily recording of financial transactions and general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Monitor and verify inventory records to ensure accuracy within the factory operations.
- Process invoices, vouchers, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with factory management to provide timely financial insights and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to be placed at the Padalarang factory location.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
