Medela Potentia is inviting a meticulous and organized Accounting Staff to join our finance team. Located in the vibrant industrial and commercial hub of Tangerang Selatan, Banten, this full-time position is perfect for a finance professional looking to make a tangible impact within a growing organization in the medical and health sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries, including trial balances and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax reports, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Review and approve expense reports, vouchers, and invoices for accuracy.
- Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation, cost control analysis, and variance reporting.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Deep understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
