In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our growing operations.
You will be responsible for supporting the finance team in daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and maintaining financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure balance.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support the annual audit process and tax documentation requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in petty cash management.
- Collaborate with branch management to ensure accurate recording of operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in the retail or service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in DI Yogyakarta.
