Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including the accurate recording of financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the monthly closing process to ensure financial reports are up to date.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and handle necessary tax documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and receipts.
- Assist in budget preparation and provide support for internal audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
