Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting and financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless implementation of new financial controls.
- Monitor and audit internal financial activities to ensure strict adherence to established SOPs.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance productivity.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports as required by local authorities.
- Provide support for internal and external audits by organizing necessary documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and financial principles.
- Proven ability to design and implement SOPs that improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and other business units.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and popular accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
