Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policy.
- Prepare and file statutory requirements and government remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Support the senior accounting team during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in an accounting role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight financial deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
