Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and national tax regulations in accordance with BIR requirements.
- Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and tax audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and BIR regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
