Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports to ensure accuracy.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee compensation.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in tax computations and filing requirements with local authorities.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions to optimize cash flow.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
