Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify general ledger account accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (PSAK).
- Assist in payroll processing and tax reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial data.
