Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis as required.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reporting, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
