Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Accounting Manager with daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
  • Process and verify invoices, payments, and bank deposits accurately and on time.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
  • Prepare and organize financial reports, ledgers, and statements for review.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records, receipts, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations.
  • Support the preparation of annual reports and other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
