Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor actual performance against forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes with necessary documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- CPA license is highly preferred
