We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of Accustandard Medical and Diagnostic Supplies. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes. You will also help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Xero) and MS Excel. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine GAAP and tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
