Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and record financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure accurate cash records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budget documents, and management statements as required.
  • Process payroll calculations and ensure accurate recording of employee compensation and deductions.
  • Support the audit process by preparing documentation and providing necessary financial information to auditors.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks related to the accounting department and support daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
