Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage daily financial reports, including sales data and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor and record all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and invoice tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights for operational improvements.
- Assist in inventory auditing and ensure cost of goods sold (COGS) are accurately documented.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic restaurant environment in Bali.
