Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following Indonesian accounting standards
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support internal audits and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
