As the Accounting Staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. You will handle core accounting functions, including managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while assisting with month-end closing procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Support month-end closing activities, including preparing and posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Handle banking transactions, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate cash flow monitoring.
- Collaborate with the retail and wholesale teams to resolve billing inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records, filing systems, and ensure audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry.
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including AP/AR, reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and errors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
