In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of General Accounting (GA), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and processing payments.
  • Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording of payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledger maintenance.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in transaction records.
  • Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial inquiries and reconcile billing issues.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems for audit readiness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in an accounting department is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • Highly analytical with a sharp eye for numerical accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict accounting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
