Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including AR/AP, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of BIR tax returns and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Support the team during internal and external audits.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. (Open to entry-level candidates).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site at our San Rafael, Iloilo office.
